General Use
Essences are typically taken 2-3 drops under the tongue, in water, in the bath or placed on the skin (the wrist, the crown chakra and the heart as a suggestion). The essence’s vibration only needs to enter somewhere into your energy field. Following your intuitive guidance is the best way to know how and how much.
If you use Dancing Dolphin Essences (which are the only ones we recommend), it is suggested to take 2-3 drops versus other brands may recommend up to 4-7 drops. Dancing Dolphin Essences and The Diamond Power Gem Essences go a long way – that’s how powerful the enhancements are in each of them.
To Assist With Specific Issues as a Healing Process
When faced with an issue one chooses to heal, first choose the most appropriate essence for the issue. For example, if working with the Dancing Dolphin Essences, one might work with Core Issues, Fear Buster, or Inner Child. Next, set aside some time to devote to the process. Find a quiet space and use a journal if you like. Take 2 drops of the essence. Wait for about 5 minutes.
While waiting, calm your mind. Ask Divine Source (God or whatever you call your Higher Power), your Higher Self/I AM Presence, your spirit guides, Ascended Masters, Archangels, angels, the dolphins or whatever Divine being you wish to call upon to assist you in bringing insight, clarity and healing to this situation. After 5 minutes, take another 2 drops of the essence. Wait another 5 minutes and take 2 more drops. Then begin using your journal and/or a meditational journey to discover all you can about the issue and ask for its resolution. We suggest the use of the meditation on Healing Present & Past Life Energetics CD for this process.
Remember there is usually a forgiveness process (of your self and others and/or from another) that is needed for complete resolution. Be sure to give gratitude when you are complete in your session. It may take a few times for you to address the issue as there are usually layers that are present.
Some people choose to do this just before bedtime. Often the healing takes place while asleep. Others will continue the process by taking the essence for a period of time over several days or weeks so that one can explore, discover and heal at the various levels that one is ready to complete, consciously and subconsciously.
To Maintain a Particular Vibration or Energy
If you want to maintain a particular quality – say inner peace, creativity, joy or reclaiming personal power, then the recommended method is taking 2-3 drops of the particular essence 4 times each day beginning when you awaken and when you go to bed and during the day by putting 2 to 3 drops in your bottle of drinking water. Or you may choose to do the water method only throughout the day. Both methods assist in keeping you within that vibration.
Taking a particular essence will assist you in anchored in and integrating (becoming) the vibration of the quality you desire. You will cease to use it without realizing it when the energy is fully anchored. This may show up as not taking it as often and/or ‘forgetting’ to take it.

As you take the Diamond Essences, they flush out the old. You may experience many metaphorical deaths at mental, emotional and frequency levels. If you have attachments to the old (however subtle the attachment may be), it will get uncomfortable. At this point, some may decide to stop the process but it is advised to persevere and continue on for this too shall pass. The discomfort may show up as judgment of Self and others, fear based reactions to circumstances, situations, and people, or the need to maintain power and control over your life and to be right about how things or people ‘should’ be. A reminder that ‘shoulds’ are illusions, not Divine Truth or the state of ‘be’-ing Love.
But if you are committed to the Truth of who you really are and are willing to be in an uncomfortable state while frequencies, things, situations, and relationships shift, then many gifts and new beginnings will unfold. To take this journey with the Diamond Essences requires a choice: (a) to be happy or (b) the need to control or be right. It is about consciously choosing to live in the wholeness of your Diamond Self and in the vibrations of Love, Grace, Compassion and Harmony.

The Diamond Power™ Gem Essences
The Diamond Power™ Gem Essences consists of four unique Diamond Essences. It includes Diamond Light, Diamond Reunion, Diamond Foundation and Diamond Fire. Each has unique properties and intentions as to what it offers as possibilities. If you are open, committed and willing to stay with your initiation, healing and growth process, maximum benefit can be achieved. These can assist you in reaching and maintaining the vibrations you desire and the abilities to Create & Live Your Diamond Life!™
There is a standard recommendation of how and when to take these but as with all processes, one must also listen to your own intuition and guidance. There may be a time you have reached all of what you can take in and a break may be needed. You can always go back to them when you are ready and/or when it is time to go to the next level. When you have completed the regimen you may decide to go back and begin again with one or all of them due to a new level that is ready to be embraced and integrated.
If you are working with a facilitator, we suggest you listen to the guidance they give you and make your determination from reviewing all of the information you’ve gathered. However, if you are personally guided differently or want to stop taking the Diamond Essences, be sure to review that choice with your facilitator. This is to ensure you are on track as to the source of the motivation to stop due to what these Essences can bring up. This will assist you in fulfilling your goal to heal and expand and not stopping short of the miracles that can occur for you. Finally, be sure to give your Self permission to empower your Self in making these decisions after reviewing all aspects even if they are different from your facilitator.
Both Diamond Light and Diamond Reunion uncover and bring forth the energetic patterns, matrixes, belief systems and structures and emotions that have been created out of fear and falsehoods, conditioning, programming and genetics due to your present or past life experiences and/or possibly from all of humanity within its mass consciousness. Each Essence works with certain elements of Universal Truth, Universal Laws, and Spiritual (not religious) principles.
The recommended regimen is to take Diamond Light for 21 days followed by Diamond Reunion for 63 days or as guided by your facilitator or your intuition and guides. Take 1 -2 drops two to four times per day beginning first thing in the morning. NOTE: If you have trouble sleeping or begin to after taking the essences, then it is recommended to take your last dose before 6pm or cut back on the amount you are taking.
Diamond Light illuminates all Facets of your Diamond essence. This includes those Facets in alignment with your Diamond (Divine) nature and those places where you are not in alignment with the Truth of who you really are. It will reveal what thought processes, perceptions, beliefs, actions, feelings and energies you hold about your Self and others. Whatever you hold about another in the form of negativity, judgment or expectation you hold about your Self. These perceptions, filters and energies come from fear and the egoic/personality part of Self. This process can be intense and is quite an awakening to new levels of understanding, responsibility, and living in conscious choice and creation.
Diamond Reunion creates the Divine Union within you which unifies and blends your Diamond essence with your Facets of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies. This Union provides you the ultimate co-creative process within and outside of you. It brings forth new levels of how to co-create your life in a conscious, physical/spiritual manner based from your Diamond power within rather than from the old paradigm belief systems and structures and matrixes of fears and illusions. It opens you to a profound and expanded awareness of how to work, play, and co-create within the Diamond energy of your Self and within all relationships throughout your life . . . personally and professionally. Like Diamond Light, it reveals whatever is not unified or blended within your individual Facets or within you as a wholeness of Love.
Diamond Foundation assists those who have taken the regime of the Diamond Trilogy or a specific Diamond essence that a person has been guided to take. Diamond Foundation offers continued assistance in maintaining the frequency of the Diamond Brilliance that you are. It can assist you in maintaining the vibrations you have reached and build upon those to reach new levels of radiating out your Brilliance. As you build upon this new Diamond vibrational foundation of Love and the Divine Truth of who you are, new doors open and infinite possibilities show up! It is advisable to take Diamond Foundation for a minimum of 40 days and nights.
Diamond Fire is taken as needed or guided. Diamond Fire has the qualities of liquid Violet Flame that assists in transmuting energies back into the properties of Divine Love and Truth. When an issue, energy, or pattern is revealed to be healed, take Diamond Fire. This can look like feeling out of balance or centerness, highly reactive to a person or situation, or feeling confused, overwhelmed, or not inspired . . . to name just a few examples. Diamond Fire is only to be taken when you are totally committed to walk through the ‘fire’ and get to the other side with the intent to heal at a core cellular energetic level. It can also be used to transmute discord energies in and around you that may or may not be yours. This is a profound tool so remember to use it when you are stressed or in distress!
Other Dancing Dolphin Essences or the Aromatherapy Roll-ons can be used at the same time but usually this is not necessary, or they will be secondary, or on occasion. If you are ready to move forward and feel it is time to strive to deeper levels within your Self, Love and your co-creations with the Universe, or to attain other qualities such as more Compassion, stepping into your Soul’s Purpose, or claiming your Personal Power, any of the Diamond Essences can be beneficial in combination with other Dolphin Essences or Aromatherapy Roll-ons. They will support you in healing a specific issue or reaching and maintaining new frequencies and vibrations within and around your Self that you desire.
Acknowledge your successes and give gratitude each day! Thank your Self for the courage you have and then Divine Source for providing the opportunity to manifest your Diamond Life Success ™ through love, joy, peace, harmony, prosperity and abundance. Call upon Divine Source, your guides, angels, Masters, any other Divine being, and facilitator to support and love you during your process and know that you will be assisted on many physical and multi-dimensional planes of the Universe.
