Leadership Training Program 

Intent of the Leadership Training Program

We are developing a team of Leaders, Facilitators, Instructors & Volunteers to help share the power of the life-changing tools and processes of The Diamond Co-Creative System™ and The Diamond Power Within™ Modules which teach others how to utilize and incorporate the System within their lives to accelerate awareness, consciousness, healing, co-creation and manifestations. 

Who would consider this Leadership Training Program?

  • Persons who seek to contribute to others and are filled with passion and meaning to fulfill their purpose whether it be as a Leader, Facilitator, Instructor or Volunteer.
    •
  • Persons with a current self-development, healing, coaching or education practice that are dedicated to help others heal, learn, grow and create the life they desire.
  • Persons who are looking for a modality or an additional modality to utilize and teach within a new or their current practice including counseling professionals, educators, life coaches, healing or medical practitioners, naturopaths, chiropractors, alternative therapy practitioners or someone who wishes to deepen and expand with their current offerings.
  • Persons who desire to become an expert or expand their expertise in healing and  personal growth on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels including how to redesign dysfunctional and co-dependent relationships within one’s Self and with others.
  • Persons who are seeking a new or second career or vocation within the self growth/development and self help industries.

Steps to Become a Leader, Facilitator, Instructor or Volunteer:

  • Choose and apply to become a Facilitator, Instructor or Leader of The Diamond Co-Creative System™ and/or The Power Within™ Modules (the Modules). See below definitions.
  • Learn and utilize The Diamond Co-Creative System™ (the System) in your own every day life and practice.
  • Address your personal issues and heal at deeper core causal levels with the System so you know how to apply the System to assist your own transformation and continuous evolution of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual freedom.
  • Write a personal intention about what you desire to heal, create and manifest by learning and applying the System within your own life.
  • Create a vision of why you want to incorporate the System within your practice as a Facilitator or to become an Instructor to teach the Modules or to be a Leader that teaches and leads the Facilitators and Instructors.


    • Definitions
    Facilitator:

    A Facilitator chooses to incorporate the System and is certified and licensed to use it within their new or current practice with their clients. Facilitator is not licensed to use it as a Teacher or Leader. Materials such as the System transparencies and posters for in-office use only are purchased through Keenawah & Associates. Yearly renewal does apply; will receive any updates of the System at time of renewal. 

    Attendance of the Annual Leader Circle is optional. See below in Instructor information. 

    Instructor:

    An Instructor can utilize the System as above. In addition, they are certified and licensed to have the opportunity to teach the Modules to students or clients within workshops or through One-on-One teachings with clients. Modules are to be taught in their published format and via the directions given through the Instructor Training and at its suggested price. Materials such as Module notebooks, System transparencies and posters are purchased through Keenawah & Associates. Yearly renewal does apply; will receive any updates of the System and Modules as they are published. 

    Additional coaching or groups may be developed as each Instructor feels so it fulfills the needs and desires of their students and clients; the Instructor can charge what they feel is appropriate. System transparencies, posters and other tools developed by Keenawah & Associates can be sold at retail and Instructor can keep the retail profit but notebooks are included in the price of the workshop. 

    Attendance of the annual Leader Circle conference is required for re-certification and for your own personal development, to enhance your teaching abilities and to receive additional training in new upgrades and processes of the System and Modules. 

    Leader:

    A Leader can utilize the System as above. In addition, they have full certification and license to teach the Modules and the System to potential Instructors and Facilitators. They are responsible for the once a year audits of Instructors and Facilitators. 

    Becomes a member of the Leader Circle which meets minimally once a year for 5-day retreat for personal debrief, upgrades and new teachings of the System and Modules. 

    Can choose to be on the Advisory Circle which develops the upgrades of the System and new processes and curriculum for the Modules. 

    Materials such as Module notebooks, System transparencies and posters are purchased through Keenawah & Associates. Yearly renewal does apply; will receive any updates of the System and Modules as they are published. 

    Volunteer:

    A Volunteer can volunteer their time and talents in various ways to share and expand The System and The Modules across the country and into other countries through:

Marketing; social media; word of mouth
Networking and connection to other means of promotion
Hosting events or helping at events
Office or virtual assistance
Or any other way you may be guided to volunteer

Requirements:

    Submit application for the level of Leadership Training you desire. 

    All Facilitators, Instructors and Leaders must attend the following:

  • Module I, II and III
  • The Instructor 4-Day Program
  • The Instructor Monthly Coaching program (minimum of 6 months)
  • Any new Module developed in the future

    All Facilitators, Instructors and Leaders must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Initial 2-Hour Consultation with Leader
  • Minimum of (12) hours One-on-One Personal Sessions and (12) ½ Coaching Sessions with Leader
  • Attend quarterly teleconference updates
  • Annual license renewal (minimum of 3 years)
  •  Agree to purchase System and Module materials from Keenawah & Associates
  • All Facilitators are welcomed to volunteer at the annual Leader Circle conference

All Instructors and Leaders must fulfill the following requirements as well as the above:

  • Assist in each one of the Module during your training
  • Attendance to the annual Leader Circle conference
  • Instructors are welcomed to assist in the logistics and teachings of the annual Leader Circle conference
     

    • All Leaders must fulfill the following requirements as well as the above:

  • Attendance of yearly Leader Circle 5-Day Retreat
  • Willing to perform yearly audits with Facilitators and Instructors
  • Assist in the logistics, development and teachings at the annual Leader Circle conference

    All Volunteers must fulfill the following requirements and are welcomed to attend any other:
  • Attend at least one Module; if volunteering for a Module, must have completed the Module prior to volunteering at the Module they desire to volunteer at

Costs for Leadership Training Program:

    Published pricing for the Initial 2-Hour Consultation, One-on-One Personal Sessions and Coaching and the Module Workshops. Travel costs, room and meals are not included. 

    Initial Certification and Licensing Set-up Fee for Facilitators: $100
    Annual License Fee for Facilitators: $195 

    Initial Certification and Licensing Set-up Fee for Instructors: $200
    Annual License Fee for Facilitators: $295 

    Initial Certification and Licensing Set-up Fee for Leaders: $300
    Annual License Fee for Facilitators: $395 

    Leader Circle Conferences and 5-Day Retreats costs will vary depending on location. Travel costs, room and meals are not included. 

    Material costs for Transparencies, Posters, Notebooks and other tools created by Keenawah & Associates for the System and the Modules will vary according to costs of goods and will be sold at a wholesale price to Facilitators, Instructors and Leaders.
